Even IF it did, it's just the mere writings of mortal, fallible men.

I disagree. Every book of the Bible contains chiastic literary structures in some form of A-B-C-D-C'-B'-A' reflecting the shape of the 7-candlestick Temple menorah. If "mortal, fallible men" wrote the Bible from their own imagination, the chances that every book in the Bible would contain such a harmonious chiastic structure is statistically near-impossible.

You mean by this book’s of the Old Testament presumably

Both the Old and New Testaments, in fact; already for ~a dozen NT books I've managed to decode the chiastic harmony within.

But it doesn't. It's a lie. The patterns do not exist for more than a few verses

"do not exist for more than a few verses" That is categorically untrue, Aaron. You can also examine the chiasm spanning Ezekiel ch. 1-10:

A1: 1:1–12: 1) Ezekiel witnesses the cherubims; 2) 4 faces, 4 wings, likeness of a man's hands; 3) likeness of the faces; 4) going straight forward

A2) 1:13–21: 1) wheels; 2) beryl color, wheel in wheel, 4 sides, eyes; 3) wheels following cherubims; 4) spirit of the living creature

A3) 1:22–28: 1) firmament; 2) throne; 3) glory of Jehovah; 4) voice of the Almighty God

...

A3') 10:1–5: 1) firmament; 2) throne; 3) glory of Jehovah; 4) voice of the Almighty God

A2') 10:6–17: 1) wheels; 2) beryl color, wheel in wheel, 4 sides, eyes; 3) wheels following cherubims; 4) spirit of the living creature

A1') 10:18–22: 1) Ezekiel witnesses the cherubims; 2) 4 faces, 4 wings, likeness of a man's hands; 3) likeness of the faces; 4) going straight forward

Men could write those. Either way, much or all of the Old Testament / Torah is NOT Divinely Inspired, or GOD IS EVIL!

Crikey you’re onto something alright . I suppose it may represent later very deliberate modifications of the works . This is almost certainly not primary writing material but a deliberate subsequent modification. It would interesting to see whether this all starts in a specific century and is developed from then on or represents an enclosed specific time period . Are all the bibles reproducing this chiastic pattern ? It is a literary device that has been used in the epic of Gilgamesh interestingly . History suggests it relatively recently been observed by bible Scholars from around the 18th C. A medieval device for literary construction ?

> "may represent later very deliberate modifications of the works"

Well, Bufo, even that isn't logically plausible: there are MULTIPLE layers of intricate beauty to the Hebrew and New Testament scriptures because pericopal chiasms also appear in snippet extracts overlaying within these "at-large" chiasms -- just head to the Chiasmus Exchange website. On top of that there are epanado patterns i.e. in Rev. 1 where the quotations of various Old Testament books fit ever-fascinating patterns.

IOWs, there is no chance any sinful human invented the Bible from their own imagination. By the time they finish the final draft after a few ten thousand revisions, the final product would be too late-dated and obliviously forged for anyone to take it seriously. Yet the Bible was written *before* the events it prophesied took place. For instance, the Dead Sea Scroll linguistics prove the Book of Daniel's Aramaic section reflects Medo-Persian attributes.

> "Are all the bibles reproducing this chiastic pattern"

As to everything *within* the standard Judeo-Protestant canon of the Bible a.k.a. the "66 books," almost definitely yes. For the OT apocrypha, I don't know; probably not of any consistent pattern.
