Israel does fund Hamas but its not anti-semitic to say Israel controls America because there is plenty of evidence they do. Iran isn't a real threat to Israel. Militarily they are but not politically. The Pro-Palestinians attacking Assad may secretly be Islamic extremists or Israeli intelligence assets.
Yes, I agree with you that technically it's not "anti-semitic" to accuse the Fourth Reich of controlling America, on the basis that the hexagramic Nazi regime cosplaying as "Israel" is not the equivalent of Jews and/or Judaism. That said, I think the "Israel controls America" narrative is however a narrative misdirection used to mislead people into believing the sacrificial goat fattened for the slaughter is forcing its masters to feed it into obesity.
